Analyst Predicts Significant Performance of Layer-1 Altcoin in the Current Year, Provides Updated Projections for Near and Fetch.ai
A crypto strategist with a large following predicts significant gains for a layer-1 altcoin that operates on a hybrid consensus mechanism this year.
The pseudonymous analyst, known as Altcoin Sherpa, shares his bullish outlook for Core (CORE) with his 215,600 followers on the social media platform X. Altcoin Sherpa believes that CORE is in a strong position after recovering most of the losses it experienced earlier this month. He states that the Fibonacci levels have held up well and that the chart looks solid. Although he personally wouldn’t buy at the current price level of $2.70-$2.90, he suggests waiting for a dip to around $2.20 before making a purchase.
At the time of writing, CORE is trading at $2.50, marking an impressive 355% increase from its opening price of $0.549 in 2024.
Altcoin Sherpa is also monitoring Near (NEAR), a challenger to Ethereum (ETH). He shares a chart indicating that NEAR may experience a pullback below $6.50 before rallying towards his target of $8.50.
NEAR is currently valued at $6.99.
Regarding the artificial intelligence-focused altcoin Fetch.ai (FET), Altcoin Sherpa predicts that FET will likely revisit its local bottom at $1.80 before undergoing a bullish reversal. He points out that the first .50 Fibonacci test is looking promising and expects another test at the $1.80 level before the coin takes off. He advises patience.
FET is currently valued at $2.43.
In conclusion, Altcoin Sherpa’s predictions suggest potential gains for Core, Near, and Fetch.ai. However, it is important for investors to conduct their own research and exercise caution when dealing with high-risk investments in cryptocurrencies and digital assets.
