Crypto Analyst Kevin Svenson Predicts Bitcoin May Reach Peak of Its Cycle in January 2025 Heres the Reason

Cryptocurrency expert Kevin Svenson predicts that Bitcoin (BTC) may reach its peak in the next few months. Svenson, who has a substantial following of 78,600 subscribers on YouTube, bases his prediction on Bitcoin’s behavior after previous halving events. He believes that BTC could hit its peak approximately six months after the recent halving, which took place in mid-April.

Svenson points out that in previous halving cycles, Bitcoin’s peak occurred within a profit zone of 40 to 80 weeks. By applying this pattern to the most recent halving, he estimates that the 40th week will fall in January 2025, coinciding with the month of the US presidential inauguration. Drawing from historical context and the typical time frame for a peak, Svenson suggests that January 2025 could be the month when Bitcoin reaches its highest point.

However, Svenson acknowledges that Bitcoin could exceed his expectations. He speculates that the market could experience a surge leading up to January 2025, possibly extending beyond that month. While January 2025 is currently the focal point, Svenson believes that if Bitcoin remains stagnant for longer than anticipated, the peak may occur later.

As of now, Bitcoin is trading at $60,110.
